Mr. Lilius serves as a director at Bamboo Solutions Corporation. He currently also serves as a director of Sigma, AB and Epsilon AB. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Lilius was CEO of Vidar Systems Corporation where he successfully grew the company to become the market leader in large-format engineering scanners. Vidar merged with Contex Holdings A/S in 2002. Prior to Vidar, Mr. Lilus was responsible for venture capital operations at Yggdrasil, AB, a Swedish investment/holding company. He joined Yggdrasil in 1984 after founding and operating his own IT consulting company located in Sweden. He began his career with IBM in the mid 60's.
