Mike leads a team of highly qualified engineers who provide Bamboo's customers with outstanding technical support. Mike brings to Bamboo a passion for helping customers, along with years of experience building, scaling and leading IT support organizations. Prior to joining Bamboo, Mike most recently spent 13 years at AOL and Time Warner in various IT leadership positions, mostly focused on improving the customer support experience. He holds a Master’s of Science in the Management of Information Technology from The University of Virginia and a BA in Business Administration. Mike is also responsible for a broad range of IT systems and operations at Bamboo.
